Lamp dog

His tail is prehensile. He uses it to plug himself into electrical outlets where he gets his power. Since he has no mouth, he can't eat, and relies on stored electricity. In general the lamp is off, but it turns on when he's plugged in and when he wants it on, but that consumes power so it's generally only during emergencies.

Also, he has no head. His brain is underneath the lampshade, but nothing else. o___o
